#106: Rugby

I am a gifted sports event-viewer. I can inspire me for almost everything and just sports, that are outside the mainstream, my heart belongs, My voice and my use. Besides Hockey, Rowing, American Football und Handball, I have now ventured a first attempt with rugby. I must say, that it was the final Bundesliga game (Danube against Stade) and I'd heard a lot about the particular game, However, the rules, Sequence and structure absolutely knew nothing and that nothing.

I quickly considered the most important rules in my internet site, Tanya, however, was so professionally prepared, that they even watched videos on Youtube, what but neither helped. But it's not so bad not to understand, when you realize, that the surrounding people also do not know. Embarrassing it is then only, when clapping and cheering while the other team has an advantage. Skillfully with lots of charm and witty commentary to circumnavigate then such moments.

This sport is wonderfully earthy. Ein Kontaktsport, but where I still had the feeling, that it is not about pure brutality, but targeted use of force with a lot of willingness to run and coordination feeling. In the 2 Half time (and I have no idea how long it takes a) one has seen except cramps no serious injuries, no Haxerlstellen (as in football).

But the best is, that this could be a sport, is for my son the RIGHT … Draufhaun and “Fight” for permission. The Rugby egg we have already (DANKE an Max), the stubble on the shoes he wants and the green dress of the Danube Union shall be his equipment …

Zum Glück haben wir nicht gleich die Laola Welle provoziert als der Gegner den Vorteil hatte. Reicht schon, dass wir Begeisterung den “Feinden” zuapplaudiert haben…
